Information security at Felix

Ensuring the security of your information is one of our top priorities. We accomplish this by employing a multi-layered approach that covers the handling, transmission, and storage of your data.

Secure browsing

Data in transit between our servers and the internet is protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)/Transport Layer Security 1.2 (TLS). This is encrypted using 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard.

Data sovereignty

We're conscious of data sovereignty's importance in today's digital landscape. Customer data on Felix is stored entirely on servers within Australia. Some of our support services used by our customer service teams may host data overseas. In these cases, each service is subject to a supplier due diligence review to ensure an adequate level of security is provided.

Secure data & file storage

The information and files you provide are encrypted at rest using 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard.

Limiting access

Access controls limit who can access your information and under what circumstances. Your information is only made available to organisations you have onboarded, to other users in your vendor account, and under specific circumstances to Felix staff when you require assistance on the platform.

Compliance & certification

We are IEC/ISO27001 (Information Security Management System) certified. This is an international standard that ensures organisations have an adequate level of controls and good practices in place to diligently secure and protect systems and information.

Vulnerability reporting

Felix operates with a fair disclosure policy for Security Researchers. If you have identified a vulnerability within the platform, let us know as soon as possible. Vulnerabilities can be reported via email at infosec@felix.net. The security team will investigate all reports and do their best to fix valid issues quickly.

Additional questions

If you have any further questions or concerns regarding the security of your information on Felix, don't hesitate to reach out to the Support team at any time.
