How to update a user's email
Felix allows you to edit a user's email in the event that the user's email has been changed. An administrator user with the necessary permissions can edit a user's email at any time.

Edit a users email
To edit a user's email:
- Navigate to Settings > User Management from your Felix dashboard
- Search/Select the specific user you wish to update
- Update the email address
- Select the update button at the bottom of the page to confirm the change
Note: Organisations using Single Sign-On (SSO) should add users by their Azure AD email address.
