How to recover your user account
If you've forgotten the login details for your Felix account, no need to stress! Vendors can reset their password at any time to regain access to their account.
I have access to the email account associated with my Felix account
If you have access to the email account associated with your Felix account, but are unsure of the password, you can perform a password reset to regain access to Felix by following the steps below.
To reset the password for your account:
- Navigate to the Forgot Password page on the login portal
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Check the box beside I'm not a robot to complete the reCaptcha verification
- Click the Submit button
- Click the link that has been sent to your email address
- Enter a new password for your account
Someone else in my business has access to the email account associated with our Felix account
If someone else in your business has access to the email account associated with your Felix account, we recommend that you follow these steps to perform a change of ownership for your account.
To perform a change of ownership:
- Get the original account owner to log into the Felix account. If they are unsure of their password, they can follow the steps above to reset it
- Hover over the user icon in the top right corner
- Select My Profile from the drop-down menu
- In the User Details section, update the email fields
- Click the Update Profile button to save your changes
- The new account owner can then navigate to okfelix.com and perform a password reset using the updated email address
- The new account owner will be able to log in with the updated email address and new password
Note: For security reasons, we recommend that the new account owner perform a password reset instead of asking for the password from the old account owner. We strongly recommend against the sharing of passwords.
I no longer have access to the email account associated with my Felix account
If you no longer have access to the email account associated with your Felix account (e.g. The account owner has left the company, or the email account no longer exists), you can get in touch with our friendly support team who can guide you through the Change of Ownership process.
Our support team will need to verify that you are the real account owner, or are otherwise authorised to request a change of ownership for the account. They will let you know what evidence will be required so that you are able to recover your account.
Warning: For security reasons, our support team will not be able to provide login details to anyone who is unable to prove that they are the account owner or are otherwise authorised to request a change of ownership for the account.
