What is a Key Contact

The Key Contact of an account is the default contact displayed publicly and to organisations for account management and requests for quotation. This is the person best equipped to receive enquiries about your business.


Assigning a Key Contact

To assign a user as a Key Contact:

  1. Navigate to Settings > User Management from your Felix dashboard.

  2. Locate the user who will be assigned as a Key Contact.
  3. Hover over the ‌ ellipsis icon right after the Status field and select Make Key Contact.


  • Only one user can be a Key Contact at a time.
  • Deleting a Key Contact requires you to reassign another user to be a Key Contact before deleting the current user assigned.
