What is a key contact?

The Key Contact of an account is the default contact displayed publicly and to organisations for account management and requests for quotation. This is the person best equipped to receive enquiries about your business.


Assigning a key contact

To assign a user as a Key Contact, from the Dashboard:

  1. Navigate to Settings > User Management.
  2. Locate the user in question.
  3. Click the more icon next to the user.
  4. Click Make Key Contact.


Only one user can be a Key Contact at a time.
