Editing payment details

Editing Your Payment Details 

Felix now allows vendors to edit their payment details within platform. You may need to do this if there has been an error in initial entry of details, or alternatively you may wish to update your details if they change in the future.

There is currently no way to deactivate payment details within Felix. It is recommended that you instead edit and update your payment details as required.

To edit your payment details, begin by:

  1. Navigating to Felix Memberships > Payment Details.
  2. Either:
    • Find the Payment Detail you would like to update in your list of Payment Details, and click the three dots at the end of the row, then click "Update Details".
    • Alternatively, you may click the name of the Payment Details item in the list, and then click the "Update Details" button at the top of the page.
  3. Once you have navigated to the Edit Payment Details page, you will be able to update the relevant payment detail fields, with the exception of the following fields:
    • Organisation to Assign to
    • Branches
    • Bank Account Country
    • Bank Account Currency
  4. When you are happy with your edits to the fields, click the "Update Payment Details" button at the bottom of the page.
