Introduction to Auth0

What is Auth0?

Auth0 (by Okta) is an industry recognised, modern and secure authentication platform. We have partnered with Auth0 to leverage their expertise in security, and to help us bring a new and improved login experience to Felix.

This will mean a new look and feel to the login experience for some Felix users, and it lays the foundations for new and improved security features in the Felix platform.

What does this mean for you?

The technology upgrade will take place on Thursday, 12 October at 7pm AEST.

Once the upgrade is complete, If you need to enter an email address to log into Felix, you will notice a different look:

As part of this change, you might also notice different domains being used in the web address for the login-related pates. Rest assured that anything related to a felix.net or auth0.com domain can be considered safe.
