Combining Felix accounts

We’ve identified that your business has multiple vendor accounts in Felix – and you might be asking how this happened.

The most common scenario is when the organisation who invites you to Felix has different contacts within your business. While you were invited by one organisation, chances are a colleague of yours was invited by a separate organisation. This means that while you both have Felix accounts, you can only see RFQs sent by that one organisation that you’re registered against in Felix.

Combining accounts brings all this information together, minimising the effort of having to keep your business information up to date across numerous accounts, and giving you and your team members a consolidated view of all RFQ opportunities.

How to combine accounts

To combine accounts, you will need to complete an online request form which will then be electronically submitted to us.

  1. Complete the online request form
  2. Upon submission, you will be asked to verify your email.
  3. Our Support Team will then combine your accounts. You will receive an email from us to confirm this has been done.
  4. Should there be a need for any further information, our Support Team will contact you.

Please note that as per our privacy policy, we're unable to share information belonging to other accounts, including the names and email addresses of the account owners.

Why you should combine Felix accounts

Combining your accounts will make it easier for your business to use Felix to its full advantage.

 By combining accounts, you can:

  • Boost relationship management: You and your team members can manage all your relationships with enterprise organisations under a single account.
  • Take advantage of all work opportunities: See all RFQ invites sent to your business under the one account and reduce the risk of missing out on potential work.
  • Create account management efficiencies:  Merging accounts means you and your team members manage and maintain one Felix vendor profile to keep your business information up to date.

Direct future onboarding invites to one account in Felix

You can prevent further accounts being created for your business's email domain (e.g. @mycompany.com) by routing future Felix onboarding invites to a central account.

This will prevent unexpected, separate Felix accounts being created for your business and having to go through the process of combining them on a re-occurring basis. This will also allow for easy management of all your relationships with Felix enterprise organisations, now and in the future, within a single account for your team.

We call this process 'domain claiming' which you can opt in to by ticking 'claim my domain' on the request form when combining your accounts.
